Starbucks drops holiday menu 2026: When to get your free holiday cup on Red Cup Day

Good news for coffee lovers: The holidays are coming early to Starbucks this year. The countdown is on to Starbucks’s holiday menu, which arrives next Thursday, November 5.

Starbucks’s highly anticipated lineup of seasonal drinks will include some returning classics—Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai—alongside two new seasonal drinks, Tiramisu Velvet and Apple Pomegranate Refresher. The holiday menu will also feature new food and limited-time merchandise collections.

“Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, this holiday brings the debut of the Tiramisu Velvet Latte (available hot or iced) and Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew,” according to Starbucks’s website. Both drinks are topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting.

The new Apple Pomegranate Refresher, blending crisp apple and bright pomegranate flavors, comes two ways: original or the Snowy Apple version made with coconut milk.

Also arriving on November 5 for a limited time are a few new food items. These include the Bearista Cake Pop—inspired by the iconic Starbucks Bearista Glass Cold Cup—a new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese sandwich, and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich, featuring a new recipe. (Note: The Bearista Glass Cold Cup returns to select stores on December 1, with a Surprise Box Edition coming November 10.)

Customers can look forward to the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish as well.

On the same day, Starbucks devotees will get a first look at some holiday merch, such as themed drinkware and accessories like retro-designed Peppermint Mocha tumblers, cups, and mugs.

When is Starbucks Red Cup Day 2026?

For die-hard collectors, the real festivities kick off Tuesday, November 17, when Starbucks unveils its most anticipated event of the year: Starbucks Red Cup Day.

They can score a free reusable holiday cup on that day, with the purchase of any handcrafted holiday beverage. But remember: Supplies run out fast, so don’t forget to mark your calendar.
